Hello,
my name is Terry Ann Black and I have been a Registered Nurse
for 46 years. Most of the families I worked with in times
of crisis had no vital information available to them when
a family member was gravely ill or dying. That is why I wrote
my book, Caring Is Not
Enough, My Last Wishes and Personal Records©.
I want you to answer the questions in my book, so that when your family needs it, the information is there. You can now download the book. Just click the button to the left and follow the directions. If you would prefer a hard copy of the book, just click on "Ordering" on the navigation bar to the left. Remember the book is under copyright!!
When
my father-in-law died in an auto
accident I found a safe deposit box key in his apartment.
The key had no identification as to where the box was located.
We never found the box. What was in it? Precious gems, stock
certificates, coins? We will never know.
Watching
this tragedy repeat itself time after time prompted me to
write Caring Is Not
Enough©. It is designed to be
used by individuals of all ages. We all have different ideas
and choices about how we would like our last wishes to be
addressed. This guide allows you to document your personal
requests and information in one simple book.
• Do I have a will? Where is it kept?
• Do I own real estate? What is the location?
• Am I adopted?
• Am I a Veteran?
• Any hidden assets? Where are they?
These and over 120 more questions are in Caring
Is Not Enough, My Last Wishes and Personal Records©.
There is additional information that will help you in planning
for emergencies, reaching elder lawyers, etc.
When you answer the questions in Caring
Is Not Enough, My Last Wishes and Personal Records©,
you will give your family, as well as yourself, the best gift
possible: peace of mind.
Wealth
has been misplaced, safe deposit boxes never claimed, real
estate forgotten and bank accounts lost, all because of a
failure to document last wishes and keep good records of personal
information.
